Lamour Harper started Harpers Construction & Development, Inc. after 10 years in the construction and development industry. Starting at a young age, Lamour has been able to oversee hundreds of successful projects from both the contractor and subcontractor point of view.

Mr. Harper has worked under some of the top construction companies in the Northern California region and has had a direct hand in successful projects like: Genentech Headquarters, Apple Computer Headquarters, Cancer Research Centers, Commercial and Church construction projects and countless Residential development, rennovation and new construction projects.

Mr. Harper started his company with the vision of hiring skilled workers who conduct their work with a spirit of excellence everyday. Most admired for his faith in God and his Christian walk, Mr. Harper contributes all his success to the glory and grace of God.

In his spare time, Mr. Harper enjoys growing his relationship with Jesus, spending time with his wife Renee and fishing.
